We will need for setting up the account:

Your VMS account

You must have this first

You will get this when you set up your email address

Your first, middle initial, and last name

Your official title with the school

Your department

Email address

Office location

Office phone

You will get your password when you have your department office secretary call in and verify your identity or you come in to the CHFATech office with a photo ID

All Students

Since Fall 2004 ITS provides a Windows/Active Directory login account for all students. Use this account to login to Windows or Macintosh computers in CHFA.

CHFA account maintenance:

For Faculty and Staff

To reset passwords or unlock accounts - You will need to visit our main office in CAC 106 between 9AM and 5PM with Photo ID. If this cannot be done, please go to your office secretary and request they call in and verify your identity and then we can do it over the phone.

For Students & Grad Assitants

You need to visit ITTC 036 - ITS User Services for password assistance. CHFA has no priviledge over your STUDENT login account.
