The names above were listed as that they are friends of ours and live somewhat close by (or specifically asked if they could come). This isn't meant to insult anyone because they aren't on the list. This is just because New Years is a special day for me during the year and getting together with people I know is something I like to do. I don't drink so bars really are a waste of money and time for me so I really don't enjoy the typical "chat parties."
